Avail Solar LLC is hiring Residential HVAC Canvassers to join our field marketing team in the United States. You will speak with homeowners door to door, identify HVAC needs, educate on available solutions, and schedule informational appointments with our HVAC consultants.

This role does not perform HVAC work or enter homes; it focuses on initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and arranging meetings.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation to travel to neighborhoods.
Smartphone with data plan for communication and scheduling.
Must be 18 years or older to qualify.
Experience canvassing or field marketing is a plus.
Customer-oriented hospitality when speaking with homeowners.
Previous residential canvassing experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods, talk to homeowners about HVAC needs.
Identify potential opportunities and educate on solutions.

On Target Earnings: $85,000.00 per year. Base salary plus commissions. (Unlimited potential for top earners)

Avail helps homeowners maintain comfortable, efficient, and reliable homes through professional HVAC solutions. We also offer other home improvement and home service products designed to help homeowners protect, maintain, and improve their homes.

Our team helps homeowners identify heating and cooling needs, understand potential system issues, and connect with qualified HVAC professionals for inspections, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.

Residential HVAC Canvassers work within our field marketing team, canvassing neighborhoods door to door, speaking with homeowners about their heating and cooling systems, identifying potential HVAC needs, educating homeowners on available solutions, and scheduling informational appointments with our HVAC consultants.

HVAC Canvassers do not perform HVAC work, enter homes, diagnose systems, or collect payment. Your role is to start the conversation, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our HVAC team.
