Qualifications

• Two years of experience or training in building trades or maintenance.
• Or a two-year vocational program in building construction/engineering.
• Or twelve semester hours in construction management/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Clean air handling units, mechanical rooms, cooling towers, and equipment.
• Clean/change filters and coils; oil and grease equipment.
• Log equipment operations and assist in installing HVAC systems.
