C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician II in the North East, MD area. You will oversee and repair building infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, and related systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves collaboration with maintenance leadership to manage assets and improve reliability. The position requires hands-on maintenance, preventive work, and the ability to interpret drawings, plans, and manuals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in building or electrical maintenance; ammonia experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and CMMS familiarity.
• Knowledge of wet/dry sprinkler and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist leads in building, HVAC, and electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance, sensor calibration, and energy management tasks.
• Log time and materials in CMMS daily; communicate with management.
• Follow plans and specs; support contractor work; assist in budgeting.
