This role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' experience with building mechanical systems or HVAC.
• Experience in commercial facilities maintenance preferred.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Assist with building automation systems and electrical/pneumatic controls.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate services with third-party contractors and vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventories, equipment logs, and related documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
