Qualifications

• Completion of five-year trade school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or 10 years related experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred; state driver’s license and insurance may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and maintain HVAC and building control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and site surveys.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using hand-tools and schematics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and complete paperwork on each job.
• Travel to job sites and work overtime or on-call as needed.
