Qualifications

• EIT preferred but not required; PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and mechanical systems for building projects.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Develop mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design ductwork, piping, and other HVAC systems.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for mechanical design and documentation.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines.
• Assist with site visits, field surveys, and construction administration.
• Review project requirements and applicable building codes.
