Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Service BMS Controls Specialist to perform startup, testing, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of building automation systems in the Greater Phoenix or Tucson area. You will troubleshoot HVAC controls, interface with customers on-site, and promote system enhancements and retrofits.

The role requires 1–5 years in electronic controls servicing, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work across multiple sites. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2-year or associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, A/C or similar.
• 1-5 years of experience servicing electronic controls and HVAC equipment.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform start up, testing and commissioning from system controllers to end devices.
• Provide preventative maintenance and diagnostics for BAS.
• Respond to emergency service requests and keep customers informed.
• Train customers in control systems operations and provide training certificates.
• Prepare and submit commissioning documentation and site reports.
