Job summary

Albireo Energy seeks a Service BMS Controls Specialist to perform startup, commissioning and diagnostics of HVAC building automation systems on-site with customers. You will troubleshoot, load software and provide training, while maintaining documentation and supporting service sales with technical recommendations.

The role requires 1–5 years in electronic controls/HVAC, a valid license, and the ability to work after hours.

Qualifications

Vocational School 2-year program or Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or related field.
1-5 years of increasing responsibility in servicing electronic controls and HVAC equipment.
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
Valid Driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Perform start-up, testing, system diagnostics and commissioning from controllers to end devices for small to medium projects.
Provide preventive maintenance and service activities for optimal system performance.
Respond to service calls and ensure high customer satisfaction on-site.
Load and update software on network controllers, field controllers, computers and servers.
Document commissioning activities and prepare As-Builts and punch lists.
