Qualifications

• Six years of commercial controls troubleshooting in HVAC. Hands-on service of building systems.
• Ability to install/maintain control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Strong written communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex control systems and perform site assessments.
• Provide field proposals for retrofits and upgrades; support sales with technical input.
• Mentor technicians and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
