Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider to serve as a technical resource for Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC system optimization, operational performance, and energy savings verification across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare. You will ensure design intent, sequences of operation, and performance targets align with project goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact with owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers and architects professionally to drive project outcomes.
• Knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning planning and execution for EaaS projects.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests.
• Lead construction and commissioning meetings and trials.
• Execute functional testing to accept construction scope.
• Collaborate with controls teams to optimize airside and waterside systems.
