Standard Supply and Distributing Company Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee in Texas. You will receive hands-on training across branch operations—from warehouse and counter sales to inventory management and business processes.

This immersive program prepares you to run a branch with confidence. You will learn frontline leadership, manage stock levels, and support logistics, sales, and daily clerical tasks while advancing toward a future management role within a family-owned HVAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities.
• Clean driving record (no major infractions).
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties.
• Bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky items.
• Sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and service.
• Oversee inventory control and optimize stock levels.
• Learn accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all branch activities.
• Support warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping.
• Handle counter sales and customer transactions with professionalism.
