CoolSys is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager to lead technicians delivering installation, repair, and maintenance for commercial clients. You will collaborate with dispatch, service teams, and managers to align on project scope, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC service management, EPA Certification, and a strong ability to manage budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction. This on-site leadership position offers nationwide opportunities and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Directly lead technicians who install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and managers to meet project status, timelines, and budgets.
• Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy and profitability.
• Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and departmental profitability.
• Maintain communication with vendors and factory personnel regarding warranty, recalls, and issues.
