Job summary

Sid Harvey’s in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time HVAC Branch Manager for Branch #117. You will oversee branch personnel, manage daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers, processing orders, and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting performance reviews, ensuring policy compliance, promoting Sid Harvey products for upselling, and coordinating with outside sales to grow profitable

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalency diploma is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience managing a branch, store, or retail operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch P&L and ensure sales/profitability targets are met.
• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory and appropriate stock levels.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews; develop team.
• Provide excellent customer service at the counter and process orders efficiently.
