R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Branch Manager for our Fort Oglethorpe, GA location. You will oversee daily branch operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and proactive management of branch activities, with reporting to the Regional Branch Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position with a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or training.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in mathematics.
• Familiarity with company products and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate branch vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and admin tasks.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch personnel.
• Collaborate with sales associates to drive sales growth and maintain customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, address complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals set by corporate; monitor expenses and inventory.
• Ensure branch facility meets cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Uphold Corporate Mission and Value Statements; prioritize Customer First standards.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and driver qualifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
