R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Branch Manager for our Fort Oglethorpe, GA location. The role focuses on leading daily operations, driving sales, and maintaining high customer service standards while ensuring profitability.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, knowledge of heating and cooling systems, and solid financial acumen to manage costs and reporting. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Regional Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or training.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in mathematics.
• Familiarity with company products and computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate branch vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day branch operations including sales, inventory, staffing and administrative tasks.
• Team Development: Recruit, train and develop branch personnel with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth and maintain exceptional customer service; address complaints promptly.
• Financial Management: Achieve sales and profitability goals; monitor expenses and inventory; ensure accurate reporting.
• Facility Management: Ensure branch facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Uphold Corporate Mission and Values; maintain attendance and punctuality; coordinate vehicle maintenance.
