Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Mechanical Design, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Open to EIT or Designer-track individuals.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or other design software.
• Exposure to HVAC systems, building design, BIM workflows, or construction processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Pay range for this position is $60,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• HVAC System Design: Support the design and layout of HVAC systems for various building types, delivering accurate engineering analysis and design support.
• BIM Modeling & Construction Documentation: Develop and maintain Revit models and construction documents per standards; assist in plans and details.
• Project Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and other disciplines; participate in project meetings.
• Continuous Learning & Professional Growth: Expand technical knowledge through project experience, mentoring, training, and self-directed learning.
