Job summary

Armstrong Air and Electric is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed 3D HVAC models for commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with estimators, PMs, superintendents, engineers, architects, and field crews to ensure coordinated, constructible models before installation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BIM/VDC, HVAC design, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D HVAC models using Revit.
• Coordinate HVAC systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Identify and resolve clashes before installation and prepare coordinated drawings.
• Assist with field layout and prefabrication support from models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain model accuracy through project lifecycle and closeout.
