This role focuses on building automation systems, BAS, and intelligent equipment across installations and retrofit projects. You will diagnose direct digital control systems, provide technical support, and mentor technicians while delivering responsive customer service and ensuring project success in the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical training or combined education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.
• License(s) or training card as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers
• Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
• Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications
