Technibus, Inc. is looking for an HVAC Assistant Project Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio to support multifamily HVAC construction projects. This role requires assisting with preconstruction tasks, project coordination, and ensuring project completion within budget and time limits.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HVAC construction, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The position involves both office work and field visits to active construction sites.
The HVAC Assistant Project Manager supports Project Managers and field teams in the successful execution of multifamily HVAC construction projects, including apartments, mixed‑use developments, senior living communities, and renovation projects. This role assists with preconstruction activities, permitting, submittals, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, project documentation, and closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and contract requirements.
