Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is hiring a full-time HVAC apprentice/helper. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, quick learner, and maintains a positive attitude while working under pressure.

The role supports an HVAC Installer with installation of equipment in residences across the Santa Cruz area. Preference given to applicants with HVAC experience; must be able to lift 75 lbs, have a valid California driver license, and operate in various environments, including attics and

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds.
• Clean DMV and California driver's license.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, crawl spaces and attics.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Must meet physical and stressful demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Installer or Lead Installer with installation of HVAC equipment in residences.
• Support installation team across South Bay areas.
• Adapt to changing job sites and schedules.
