Air International Thermal Systems in Auburn, CA 95602 is seeking a manufacturing assembler to produce HVAC systems, CRFMs, PTCs, and TOCs. The role involves reading instructions, assembling sub-assemblies, and packaging finished goods in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for reading/writing.
• Process improvement experience (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D) a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive part nomenclature (HVAC) is a plus.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Read work instructions and operator manuals; perform tasks as directed by process leads.
• Assemble sub-assemblies from components to produce finished products.
• Operate small power tools to fasten screws or bolts.
• Attach labels and tags to products and packages; verify packaging accuracy.
• Pack finished goods into correct boxes; maintain traceability on schedule boards.
• Notify team leader of any mechanical or material issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow safety procedures.
• Work weekends/overtime as required to meet customer needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
