Job summary

RectorSeal in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a General Assembler for an on-site hourly role. Work Mon through Thu, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. You will assemble products, check inventory, and collaborate to improve efficiency while ensuring safety and quality.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or 6 months in manufacturing or distribution. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read specifications and follow quality standards.
• Willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and keep accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with team to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed during operations.
• Pack HVAC products securely for transit.
• Label, stock and organize items for easy access and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool storage.
