Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install sub-assembly components on HVAC units per specs and work instructions.
• Read blueprints/diagrams/order forms to verify parts and ensure proper assembly.
• Communicate with team members to maintain workflow and accuracy.
• Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies.
• Move materials and finished products to designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following housekeeping practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions or shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Wear PPE and follow safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
