Job summary

AAON, Inc. and BASX are seeking entry-level assemblers to support production of commercial HVAC systems.

You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping on a fast-paced line, gaining multiple trade skills and starting a career in manufacturing. Qualifications

• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for long periods.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers.
• Keep records of attendance and hours worked.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects.
• Read charts, orders and schedules to determine production requirements.
• Direct and coordinate production or processing activities.
• Train employees in equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues.
• Inspect production equipment and enforce rules.
