Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time production.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train team members on assembly and installation of sub-assemblies.
• Enforce quality and productivity standards on the line.
• Ensure correct assembly, wiring, and testing procedures are followed.
• Maintain up-to-date unit schedules and assembly procedures.
• Schedule production time to meet targets and manage parts availability.
• Complete paperwork for sub-assemblies and end-of-line checks.
• Monitor safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Interact with management and team; provide backup production support.
