Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader - Assembly in Delaware, OH for an on-site 2nd shift role. Starting pay is $31.00 per hour with a $0.75/hr shift differential. Training on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks. Bi-weekly pay schedule.

The Team Leader will coordinate and supervise production associates in the fabrication/assembly of HVAC equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of units to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across multiple levels.
• Familiar with equipment and processes in manufacturing settings.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team adherence to safety, quality, procedures and company policies.
• Conduct daily Tier 1 safety and production objective meetings at shift start.
• Provide handover information on unit status and location to ensure smooth transfer.
• Maintain time and performance records for each team member.
• Perform other duties as needed.
