Job summary

RectorSeal Palm Coast is seeking a General Assembler to organize and assemble HVAC and related products on-site. The role emphasizes quality control, inventory accuracy, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely delivery.

Typical shifts are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime possible during peak periods. A high school diploma or equivalent (or 6 months’ experience) is required, and lifting up to 35 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment in lieu of education.
• Able to work 8-12-hour shifts standing.
• Available to work any shift and/or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during assembly operations.
• Pack HVAC products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Label, stock, and organize items accurately for easy access and restocking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure parts and tools are stored properly to avoid delays or safety issues.
