Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• HVAC assembly background preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings and work travelers.
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and SHS.
• Use manual and power tools to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.
• Potential activities: brazing, cutting, stamping or bending sheet metal, connecting wires to electrical boxes, etc.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately.
• Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules.
• Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling.
