Job summary

ABM is hiring an Area Operations Manager in the United States for Georgia. The role oversees financial delivery, budgeting, forecasts, and cash management for the area, supervising Service Managers, Project Managers, and Project Estimators.

You will ensure policy compliance and drive performance across HVAC operations. Key duties include cost controls, safety and quality oversight, and alignment with client contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive improvements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational financial performance of the area.
• Develop and implement cost controls and service standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and systems.
• Deliver budgets, forecasts, reports, and cash management.
• Analyze reports and use data to drive improvements.
• Manage safety, inspections, quality control, and inventory.
• Direct work assignments and manage employee performance.
• Support operational improvements to increase margins.
• Support sales efforts with the sales team and estimators.
• Collaborate to improve client experience through communication.
• Develop and analyze key performance metrics.
• Support special projects for Area General Manager.
