The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with on-site training, uniformed staff, and growth opportunities. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour in a family-owned environment that values integrity and quality work.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant license class 1 and 2 or enrollment in an accredited HVACC degree program.
• Basic understanding of HVAC system installation, maintenance and components.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist install and service crews in residential and light commercial settings.
• Install air handlers, condensing units, duct work, and related components; complete high and low voltage power connections.
• Assist service technicians with system start up and commissioning, including refrigerant charge verification and temperature difference.
• Perform maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
