Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an HVAC apprentice and helper to support Installers on residential projects throughout the South Bay. A positive attitude and quick learning are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Training is offered; benefits include medical, dental, orthodontia, 401K with 4% company match, vacation and more.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
• Work in confined spaces, crawl spaces and attics.
• Work in extreme temperature environments.
• Meet physical and stressful demands of the job.
• Strong manual dexterity and work ethic.
• Ability to problem solve and follow directions.
• Fluent English with clear communication.
• Clean California Driver License.
• Team player with reliable attendance.
• Able to work at changing work sites and outdoors.
• Drug-free and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist an HVAC Installer or Lead Installer with installing equipment in residences.
• Support installation teams across the South Bay area.
• Prepare job sites and handle materials and tools as directed.
