Job summary

SSH Real Estate in Philadelphia is seeking a helper to support HVAC technicians. You will assist with loading/unloading, prepare job sites, and communicate safety concerns while assisting with repairs as directed.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in the trades, own basic hand tools, and demonstrate dependable, customer‑focused work ethic. A clean driving/criminal record and ability to pass a drug screen are required. The role offers a 40‑hour work week with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Possess a set of basic hand tools.
• Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening.
• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

What You Will Do:
