HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for handling tenant-related work orders across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, prioritizing issues based on urgency, diagnosing root causes, and completing repairs efficiently to meet company and customer standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues.
3. Performing routine maintenance.
4. Installing and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
5. Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and local codes.
6. Communicating effectively with clients and team members.
7. Remaining available for on-call service as per policy.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with iPhone, email, and Google applications.

Additional details:
