Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to directly supervise hourly production team members and execute the daily production plan at our Mosinee, WI site.

You will set performance expectations, monitor results, and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and planning to optimize capacity and reduce variances. Strong leadership, 4–6 years' experience, and SAP/Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.
• Excel experience in pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Set performance expectations, ensure team has the equipment and training to complete their tasks, monitor work performance results and issue corrective actions.
• Execute the daily production plan for the respective area of responsibility.
• Monitor daily variance to plan, recommend capacity adjustments to execute schedule.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance KPIs, safety culture and team relations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, scheduling, engineering, and other departments to support production.
• Conduct interviews and help ensure onboarding and training plans.
