SSi People is seeking an experienced Transmission & Substation Project Manager to own critical utility projects from planning through energization. You will lead multiple HV transmission and substation efforts, coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and utility stakeholders, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, safe delivery.

The role blends office work (about 80%) with site visits (about 20%), backed by a strong team and long-term program support.

Competenze

5+ years hands-on project management in HV transmission or substation construction.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and deliverables.
Solid understanding of high-voltage infrastructure, substations or transmission lines.
Willingness to visit project sites and travel as needed.

Lead multiple HV transmission and substation projects from kickoff to completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, milestones, and overall execution.
Coordinate with engineering teams, utility representatives, contractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee substation upgrades, rebuilds, breaker replacements, and line improvements.
Develop scopes, work plans, and execution strategies.
Coordinate bids, procurement, equipment deliveries, and site activities.
Monitor costs, prepare monthly forecasts, and identify risks.
Maintain construction timelines with schedulers and address delays.
Coordinate planned outages, commissioning, energization, and handover.
Keep stakeholders informed and ensure safe, successful project progression.
