Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Test Technician to perform electrical testing and quality verification on large-scale power transformers and related equipment. The role demands precision, safety, and close collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams.

You will conduct FAT, HV testing, read schematics, configure instruments, document results, and support witnessed testing for customers, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical theory knowledge and HV safety practices.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and manuals.
• Experience with electrical test instruments and data recording.
• Experience with transformer testing and witnessing tests is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English in technical settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform FAT on large transformers and components per procedures.
• Configure, set up, and program instrumentation and PLC tests.
• Read drawings and procedures to prepare for testing and resolve discrepancies.
• Document results and investigate nonconformances with engineering teams.
• Support customer-witnessed testing and maintain safety compliance.
