Job summary

Voltyx is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM, to lead field crews in the maintenance and testing of high voltage substations and transformers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in transformer services and a strong ability to manage complex projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This position requires proficiency in technical troubleshooting and excellent communication skills, as well as a willingness to travel frequently. The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $55 to $65.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformer services, high voltage testing, substation work, or related field operations.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and work safely in outdoor high voltage environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.

• Lead and oversee field crews performing installation and maintenance of transformers.
• Plan and coordinate complex field activities and job-site readiness.
