Qualifications

• Associate degree in Design & Drafting Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years CAD experience.
• Experience drafting schematic and wiring drawings for high voltage substations.

Responsibilities

• CAD design and drafting of engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers to correct discrepancies in drawings and designs.
• Create single line, three line and functional electrical drawings and associated wiring diagrams.
• Import tables and calculations (e.g., BOMs) and add notes to drawings.
• Self-check work for accuracy before review and turnover.
• Meet project schedules and quality requirements.
• Provide interdepartmental support as required.
