Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an Engineer to own system and component design and release for High Voltage Power Panels and related hardware. You will lead end-to-end development from concept through validation and production release.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent major.
• Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in setting and assessing customer level requirements.
• Experience in constructing component and full vehicle DVP&R.
• Experience with defining functional objectives and constructing DFMEA.
• Experience with NX, Teamcenter, and change management processes.
• Passion for vehicles and the ability to access full vehicle performance characteristics.
• Ability to construct work plans to resolve issues.
• Ability to lead large teams, determine gaps to targets and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design components to meet vehicle functional, performance, and packaging requirements using a DFSS methodology.
• Lead DVP‑driven product development and validation activities; perform structural engineering analysis.
• Support electronic hardware and software validation; prepare release documentation aligned with program timing, quality, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure successful program execution.
