Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an engineer to design and release High Voltage Power Panels and related hardware, covering mechanical and electrical components, from concept through validation and production release. You'll apply DFSS to meet performance and packaging goals, lead DVP-driven development, perform structural analyses, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time program execution.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years engineering experience.
• Experience in setting and assessing customer level requirements.
• Experience with DFMEA and DFSS.
• Experience with NX and Teamcenter.
• Strong collaboration with suppliers.
• Good communication and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design components to meet vehicle requirements using DFSS.
• Lead DVP-driven development and validation activities.
• Perform structural engineering analyses.
• Support hardware and software validation.
• Prepare release documentation aligned with timing, quality and cost goals.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
