M.C. Dean is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and start-up of low and medium voltage equipment in field and shop settings.

Local, regional, and national travel is required, with international travel preferred, and a strong commitment to safety and test procedures. You'll collaborate with engineers on commissioning, document test results, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant electrical experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
• NETA certification preferred or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical testing.
• Knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, NETA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA electrical safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead testing of low and medium voltage cables, transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, and related equipment.
• Perform acceptance and maintenance testing, documenting results for compliance and client review.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure efficient system commissioning and startup.
