Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part-Time Sales Outfitter at our Spring, TX location to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms). You will greet customers, assess needs, and help them select the right gear while upholding store standards.

You will promote CLUB membership programs, specials, and in-store pickup, maintain product knowledge, and keep the floor neat and stocked. Prior retail experience is a plus; 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and drive sales of Hunting/Archery merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
