Bass Pro Shops in Cary, NC is seeking a Sales Outfitter to assist customers at the Hunting/Archery merchandise counter (non-firearms). You will greet guests, answer questions, and help customers make informed buying decisions with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include identifying needs, recommending products, maintaining merchandise and pricing, stocking shelves, and promoting programs such as CLUB membership and in-store pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms).
• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Maintain merchandise and pricing at the gun counter non-firearms.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and keep area stocked.
