Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Assist customers by identifying needs, recommending products, and promoting Scheels Visa.
• Grow personal sales by meeting set goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with stock and freight processing.
• Attend training and store meetings; help train new associates.
• Operate store computer and handheld inventory scanner; use Microsoft Office/Google tools.
