Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Utah seeks a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise. You will greet customers, recommend products, and help with store duties at the gun counter non-firearms area.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years in retail, and the ability to stand long shifts. Training includes product knowledge, price signing, and teamwork to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Provides counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms
• Greets customers in a prompt and friendly manner and assists with product selection
• Maintains merchandise and signage, stocks shelves, and supports store operations
• Follows company policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned
