Bass Pro Shops in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms. You will greet customers, answer questions, make product recommendations, and help maintain the gun counter non-firearms area.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years retail experience; you must be 18 or older and ready to join a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Sell hunting/archery merchandise at the counter.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain the gun counter non-firearms area and merchandise.
• Restock shelves and keep area clean and neat.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
