Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in retail, a high school diploma, and a passion for outdoor gear. The role emphasizes friendly interaction, rapid product knowledge, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales of hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms).
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Merchandise and stock merchandise; maintain pricing and signage.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Provide counter sales and information on hunting/archery products.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Keep work area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.
