Bass Pro Shops in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and friendly customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms). You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to products while promoting CLUB memberships and in-store pickup options.

Maintain organized merchandise at the counter, stay current on promotions, and support store operations with a positive, helpful attitude. Part-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms).
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC and In-Store Pick up programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers when appropriate.
• Organize and stock merchandise at the gun counter non-firearms; maintain pricing and signage.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked; follow company policies.
