Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-firearms). You will greet customers, offer product recommendations, and assist in stocking and merchandising at the gun counter area.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and participation in in-store programs. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.75 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms.
• Assist customers in finding products and offering recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and IN Store Pick up.
• Maintain store presentation and restock as needed.
• Keep area clean and organized, adhere to policies.
