Job summary

Nalley Consulting seeks a HUMINT Targeting Specialist for DIA HQ at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. Requires Active TS/SCI and willingness to take a polygraph. Bachelor's degree and 6+ years targeting experience (or 10+ years in lieu of degree) preferred. Responsibilities focus on applying targeting and analytics to defense missions.

Candidates should be proficient with CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer, Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, QLIX, and Analyst Notebook for network visualization and correlations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting
• Experience with computer-based tools listed
• Experience writing cables
• Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC
• Ability to create network diagrams using Analyst Notebook

• Use targeting and analytical expertise to improve operational outcomes for defense mission clients
